We have partnered with Bloomerent to give brides and event hosts a way to ensure that their centerpieces won’t go to waste at the end of the evening. By working with Bloomerent we are able to list your centerpieces in their online database. Another event occurring around the same time as your wedding can "opt in" to your centerpieces and we will repurpose your flowers and deliver them to the other event. All you have to do is choose your flowers! Not only will you save money by sharing your flowers, but you will ensure that they get a second life at another wedding or special occasion.
If you are looking to save money on centerpieces you can select from the list of available arrangements that our clients are offering and save from 40% to 60% on them. We pick the centerpieces up from their first use and bring them back to our studio and freshen them up before delivering them to you or you can save even more money by picking them up from our studio near Greenlake. We can even make minor changes to them to accommodate your palette.

What is Bloomerent?
Bloomerent is a marketplace to share your wedding or event centerpieces with another event nearby. We allow couples to list, discover and book their florist and flowers directly on our website. Sharing your flowers helps you save money without sacrificing quality and offers a green alternative. We have partnered with Bloomerent to give couples and event planners an option to find that match.
How does Bloomerent work?
You work directly with Fiori Floral Design to plan the flowers for your event. You can be the first event and have complete control of the design of your arrangements and if a match is found save 10% on your centerpieces. Or you can select from the available centerpieces in your area and save money by reusing them, saving you from 40% and up to 60% on them.
Why should I list my centerpieces for someone to reuse? Flowers and centerpieces in particular can represent a significant investment. If they are not taken home at the end of the evening, they usually end up as compost. Sharing your centerpieces has several advantages for you:
- It is a green option that allows you to reduce the carbon footprint for your event.
- Sharing your flowers allows you to either receive a portion of your flower budget back or to purchase centerpieces at a significant discount, saving you money.
- After your event we will credit you the difference between the retail value of the containers and the rental price, saving you additional money.
- The flowers you have chosen will continue to be enjoyed by others.
I have very specific ideas about what I want my arrangements to look like. How will that work?
Fiori Floral Design will work with you to design arrangements that match your vision, just as we would any other client. Once you have officially booked your event with us, we will work with Bloomerent to market your centerpieces to find a match.
If you have found centerpieces that we are offering on the Bloomerent website that you would like to know more about, we would love to discuss them with you in more detail. We can also make minor changes so they will be just perfect for you. At the same time, we will work with you to design arrangements and bouquets for the rest of your event so everything works together for a flawless and cohesive look.
May I share my bouquet or other event flowers?
As much as we would like to, bouquets are very personal for each bride and should be enjoyed by them as long as possible. Bloomerent offers sharing services for centerpieces only.
How much does this cost?
Not only is there no charge to use Bloomerent, it will save you money and reduce waste at the same time! There is no cost to either user for match sharing and no hidden fees.
Do you guarantee a match to reuse my centerpieces?
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee a match for every centerpiece, but Bloomerent and Fiori Floral Design will work very hard to try to find a match for you.
How will I know if someone opts to share my centerpieces?
Once a match has been confirmed you will receive an email from Bloomerent letting you know that someone is choosing to use your centerpieces. You don’t have to do anything else. Bloomerent will send you your savings after your event.
Are there types of centerpieces that are easier than others to find a match for?
Absolutely! The easiest centerpieces to match have a universal appeal to them. Think about what styles and color palettes for weddings are popular right now. Those are the easiest to reuse. For example: a palette of teal, orange and black will be more challenging to find a match for than for a palette of peach, mint and cream.
Can you be sure that the flowers will still look fresh for my event?
Yes. We have a reputation for long lasting arrangements. It is quite common for a customer to tell us that their arrangement lasted for up to two weeks! Depending on the flowers chosen, most flowers will last from 5 to 12 days. All centerpieces that are to be reused will be picked up by Fiori Floral Design staff and returned to the studio to be refreshed by our team of floral designers before being delivered to the next event. Any modifications requested will be made at this time and any flower that doesn’t look perfect will be replaced. We will not deliver anything that we are not proud to put our name on!
Is Bloomerent only for weddings?
Not at all! Bloomerent started with weddings and pre-wedding events but will help any event host looking for flowers. They have worked with many other events including charity galas, fashion shows, corporate events, movie premieres, baby showers, and more.
Where is this service available?
Fiori Floral Design has travelled all across the state of Washington from San Juan Island to Walla Walla to deliver flowers for weddings and events. While we do love a good road trip, having both events within an hour or two from Seattle makes sharing centerpieces the most economical. It allows us to return them to our studio easily to refresh them before the next event. But if you are curious if we would travel to your area, just ask us. If we can make it happen, we will. Bloomerent is constantly expanding their network of member florists and you may also inquire with them about services in other areas.
What if I need more/fewer centerpieces than is available?
You can still share! If you need 20 centerpieces but only 10 are available, you may reuse those and we will create another 10 for your event at regular price. Need fewer than are available? Talk to us. Our goal is to find a way to say yes so let’s brainstorm creative options together.
Do I have to use a Bloomerent florist for all of my flowers in order to share?
Yes. Bloomerent has curated a list of top-rated florists. By choosing to book with Fiori Floral Design, you have the confidence of knowing that we have already met their rigorous standards. Using an approved member florist for all of your floral needs allows both the florist and Bloomerent to maintain their A+ reputation and for you to get exemplary service and perfect flowers.
