I recently ordered an Orchid with green plantings for my daughters UW Masters graduation celebration. There was a slight delivery problem resulting in damage to the arrangement. The folks at Fiori Floral Design were extremely responsive and took complete responsibility and replaced the entire gift. My daughter and I could not be more pleased with the beautiful arrangement and the kind and high level of service we received from Fiori Floral Design. Thank you so much for the incredible arrangement that your designer put together for my Aunt and Uncle. I think it really brightened the day of the entire family who were going through a very tough time this last week. From the professionalism exhibited at the time of order (easy process with excellent guidance) I selected Designers choice and I was comfortable that they would do a great job and My Aunt and Uncle would be happy.

When the flowers arrived, they were beautiful. Although I am 1000 miles away I could hear the smiles through the phone, and blown away by the picture they sent of the arrangement.

Ordered a custom arrangement online less than a week prior to valentines day. The online ordering process was easy to navigate and all I asked for was lots of pink and peonies.. they came through on both requests. They delivered the flowers in a valentines onesie to my girlfriend at work and she LOVED it. Glad they were still available with little advanced notice and the arrangement was what I was looking for. I called Fiori just two days before needing two large, custom centerpieces made. I had a few specifics I was hoping for, as far as shape/color scheme, and wasn’t sure that I’d be able to get what I was envisioning, with later notice and no pictures that actually were quite what I had in mind… But boy did Fiori come through!!! Yesterday I received a texture box as an expression of sympathy and the beauty and comfort that it has brought to such a tender time is unlike anything else. Aside from the beauty of the arrangement itself, the communication/delivery experience was handled perfectly, and the explanation about keeping the succulents long-term was very much appreciated.
I wish I could upload a video instead of a photo, I can't do this piece justice from one angle. If ever there's anything profound you need to convey, and it needs to be done in an elevated way, I can't recommend a texture box delivered from Fiori highly enough. Thank you, Fiori.

I was looking for a unique floral shop to deliver flowers the next day at 8 p.m. I'm so glad I found Fiori. I loved their arrangements in the boxes. It was a seamless online checkout experience, but what really took the cake was the "Bloomsnap" they emailed me of the actual arrangement they delivered to my sister. This is what distinguishes a good business from a great one. I always wonder if the arrangement will look like the picture online when I order flowers, and the arrangement I ordered was just as presented. Awesome.

I could not have had a better experience ordering flowers. I needed to send an arrangement for sympathy and got Fiori's number from BizX. Robyn at Fiori answered the phone and she was so pleasant! She walked me through the process of ordering and what is standard for sympathy. We even looked over the arrangements here on their Yelp page. I felt like she took her time with me and was so so so nice. I told her that this Yelp page had a notice that they were closed and if I could get new information, I would put it in and hopefully the moderators/admin will change it. Done and done. Within 5 mins of hanging up with Robyn, she had already emailed me my invoice. She is efficient! I would call Fiori again as I had such a good experience over the phone with Robyn.

Simply gorgeous arrangements. I've called upon Fiori on several occasions, one of them being my wedding reception. The centerpieces were beautiful and exactly what I had in mind and discussed with them. I just love their signature style. This week I called them for a small sympathy arrangement for a friend who recently lost his father. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers he received and I am so pleased with what was delivered. The $60 arrangement was beautiful, tasteful, and appropriate. I'm very picky when it comes to flowers. Yes, I know it's the thought that counts, but taking the time to choose a wonderful florist who does beautiful work is more thoughtful than calling 1-800-Flowers and getting a generic florist with a generic product.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful -- if you call not knowing exactly what you want, they'll help you come up with something just right for whatever the occasion. This isn't your old-fashioned corner florist, not by a long-shot. Fiori Floral Design is one of the premier floral design shops in Seattle. Oh, what's that? You don't know what a "floral design" shop is? First of all, nothing so mundane as a bunch of roses ever comes out or Fiori's door.
Fiori uses unusual flowers and plants, carefully arranged for visual impact and dramatic effect in one-of-a-kind containers. Need something that says not just "I miss you" but "I'm going to hunt you down and make you mine forever"? Go to Fiori.
Need amazing floral decor for your wedding or b'nai mitzvah, or fantastic dinner party? Fiori is the place. They use rotating palettes of color, and strong seasonal references to make everything that comes out of their shop feel completely unique and exactly right for the occasion and space it's being used for.
If you want a cheap dozen roses, go somewhere else; but if you want amazing design at a reasonable price, you've got to call these folks.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law as a housewarming gift. The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The arrangement they sent was absolutely gorgeous - purple hydrangeas and pink orchids - nothing I would have thought of on my own! My daughter called me that same evening to tell me how beautiful they were. Definitely a hit! It cost a bit more but it was worth it.
I particularly like that they use unusual materials and combinations, and will definitely use them next time.
