We will select the best available roses for each delivery, or you can specify a color a preference in 'Special Instructions' during checkout. Arrangement Details: Standard: One dozen roses Deluxe: Two dozen roses Premium: Three dozen roses Take advantage of our vase swap program and we will pick up the vase from the last delivery when we deliver a new arrangement and apply what we would normally charge for the vase into additional roses with each delivery. Please note that there will be an upcharge for this product is delivery is requested in the two weeks before Valentine's Day or Mother's Day to reflect the higher cost of roses during major floral holidays. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
