We can make sure that you never miss sending flowers for an important occasion again! Our Floral Reminder Service will give you a gentle reminder to order flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or any other annual event that would like to send flowers to commemorate. Just give us a few important details such as what the occasion is, the date of the occasion, who the flowers are for and what your budget for the arrangement is and we will send you a reminder via email a few days in advance.

There is no obligation to place an order when you receive the reminder; just reply that you want to skip this time. You may also change the date that you would to have the flowers delivered, change the address that it is to be delivered to or raise or lower your budget. If we do not hear from you we will contact you to confirm whether or not you would like delivery. If we are unable to reach you then we will assume that you would like to skip this year; we will never charge you without your permission.

What if I would like to cancel the service?

That is fine. You are under no obligation and you may cancel at any time, no questions asked.

What if the recipient is going to be out of town?

Not a problem! Just let us know if you would like to postpone delivery, have it delivered earlier or cancel it altogether for the year.

May I change the card message every year?

Absolutely! You can let us know what you would like the card to say when you confirm your order.

What if I do not know whether the recipient will be at work or at home?

We are happy to confirm which address you would like to have the flowers delivered to each time so that you can be sure they will enjoy them.

Will the arrangements be different every year?

Of course! We want you to be predictable for remembering but not in what we deliver for you.

This is for someone who lives out of state. May I still use your reminder service?

Certainly! We are a member of a network of fine florists throughout the country. We can either take care of having flowers delivered for you or you may handle it yourself.

What happens when the occasion falls on a weekend?

If the scheduled delivery date falls on a weekend then we will ask what day you would like to have the delivery occur when you confirm your order. We offer Saturday delivery to most areas. We will always be delivering on Valentine’s Day and on the Saturday before Mother’s Day.

Do you keep my credit card on file?

Only if you want us to and we will keep it secure. We will always verify the card number that you would like to use when you confirm your order.
