We create works of floral art using a carefully curated selection premium flowers with an emphasis on locally grown and foraged items, supplemented by cuttings from our little urban flower farm. Delivery is available from Olympia to Everett. If it is after the cut-off for same-day delivery, please give us a call. Gift certificates are a thoughtful gift that allows the recipient to buy exactly what they want, when they want it. They may be used to for an individual arrangement or orchid plant, to purchase flowers for a special occasion or event or to fund a floral subscription., We have separate gift certificates that can be used for our classes.
Gift cards can be sent digitally, as an email to the recipient.
1. General Use Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website, over the phone, or in-person with an appointment.
2. Sales Tax Gift Certificates are tax exempt. If you would like to cover the sales tax for the recipient, select "Custom Amount" and add 10.35% to the total.
3. Expiration and Fees Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.
4. Redemption Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.
5. Delivery Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
7. Refunds and Exchanges Gift cards are refundable and can be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or exchanged for cash with an appointment, booked at least 24 hours in advance, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
8. Balance and Transaction History You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
9. Fraud and Abuse We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
